1. Understanding the Smart List
   Recognize that kids don’t have an email or phone number, but the primary account holder and often guardian number two do.
   

2. Locate the Workflows
   There are two workflows Automations> Communication Workflows: send SMS and send email to primary account holder and guardian number two.
   

3. Customize the Message
   Open the workflow action to type in your message and save it.
   

4. Select the List of Kids
   Select all kids from your list, ensuring you capture all pages if there are multiple.
   

5. Send the SMS
   Add the tag to send SMS to the primary account holder and guardian number two.
