Step-by-step: Mass update old opportunities off a pipeline

1. Go to Contacts.

2. Click Advanced Filters.

3. In the filter search, type opportunity.

4. Choose how you want to filter opportunities:

   • By stage (more specific), or

   • By pipeline (best when you want to clear an entire pipeline of old leads).

5. Set the filter to target a full pipeline:

   • Select Opportunity pipeline is

   • Choose the pipeline (example shown: Summer Camp Leads)

6. Click Apply to pull up everyone currently in that pipeline.

7. Select the contacts/opportunities you want to update (use paging/per-page as needed).

8. If you want to keep some opportunities in the pipeline, unselect the ones you want to leave as-is.

9. Click More → Manage opportunities.

10. Enter an action name (example shown: move to abandoned), then select the same pipeline (example: Summer Camp Leads).

11. Leave Select stage as-is (unless you specifically want to change stage).

12. Click Status and set it to Lost.

13. Click Add/Update Opportunity to apply the update to all selected records. This marks them Lost and removes them from the active opportunity pipeline view.
