Step-by-step video guide

1. Log into the Google account that manages your ads.

2. Look at the top of the page for a notice saying the advertiser verification deadline has passed, then click Fix it.

3. Review the verification page and locate the list of required tasks shown in the middle of the screen.

4. Click Start task for the item shown and begin answering the prompted questions.

5. Provide the requested identity/tax information (for example, confirming a Social Security number or an EIN), then continue through each prompt until the task is submitted.

6. After you complete the verification steps, tap the link that was texted to you (the one that says to let us know you completed verification) so we can monitor it and reactivate your ads.

If you don’t see the “Fix it” button

7. From the left-side navigation, go to Admin.

8. If you see Policy, select it.

9. Click Account to open the same verification tasks page and continue with Start task as above.
