Introduction to Onboarding Process
Ensure you understand that this onboarding process is done once per family.
Purpose of Onboarding Form
The form ensures the family is entered into the system correctly the first time.
Accessing the Onboarding Form
Use the ASP, EMA, or SC onboarding button depending on the program.
Filling Parent Information
Enter the primary account holder’s contact details, ensuring email and phone number are correct.
Entering Child Information
Input child’s details including name, date of birth, age, school, grade, allergies, and medical conditions.
Skipping Second Child if Not Applicable
Move to emergency contact information if there is no second child.
Adding Emergency Contacts
Provide two unique phone numbers and emails for emergency contacts, different from the primary account holder.
Setting Contact Permissions
Decide if emergency contacts should receive SMS alerts about pickups.
Finalizing Account Creation
Submit the form to create contact accounts for the child and guardians.
Viewing Created Contacts
Access the contacts to verify the details of the guardians and children.
Handling Record Overwrites
